In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Justice R.S.Ramanathan, (ii) Shri Justice Balasundaram Rajendran, (iii) Shri Justice Raja Elango, (iv) Shri Justice Duraisamy Hariparanthaman, (v) Shri Justice Cyril Thamarai Selvam, (vi) Shri Justice Chinnasamy Swaminathan Karnan, (vii) Shri Justice Nadesa Gounder Kirubakaran, (viii) Shri Justice M.M.Sundresh, (ix) Shri Justice Tirunelveli Subbiah Sivagnanam, (x) Shri Justice M.Duraiswamy, Additional Judges, to be Judges of the Madras High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
