Allahabad HC cancels land acquistion in 3 Noida villages

 The Allahabad high court has cancelled land acquistion in three Greater Noida villages -- Abdullahpur, Devla and Saberi. It has further ordered that an additional 64% compensation be provided to the farmers as well as 10% of developed land.

On September 30, a full bench of the court had reserved its judgement in these cases after hearing the versions of the state government, farmers, builders and buyers for more than two weeks.
