Taking serious note of allegations made against judges by petitioners connected with Boss school of Music, Mumbai, the Supreme Court today issued contempt of court notices to four people. A bench comprising Justices Arijit Pasayat and Harjit Singh Bedi, issued contempt notices to Pavithra Murli, Sarita Parekh, Glenn Fernades and the Boss School of Music and directed them to respond to the show cause notice by November 11. The apex court has already issued contempt notices to Leila David and Annetthe Kotiyan. The judges were shocked on seeing the caricatures of a number of judges, including that of Chief Justice of India K G Balakrishnan. Boss School of Music is allegedly teaching the students black arts and occult sciences. When the Bombay High Court acted against such practices, the contemners started making reckless allegations against 13 Bombay High Court judges. The apex court scolded the petitioners for indulging in a vilification campaign against the judges.
