SC declines to stay against Advocates

SC declines to stay HC order against R K Anand and I U Khan The Supreme Court on Monday refused to stay a Delhi High Court order barring advocates R K Anand and I U Khan from practising for four months after they were "caught" in the BMW sting operation case. A bench of Justices B N Agrawal and G S Singhvi also refused to pass any direction on the High Court's verdict stripping them of their senior advocate status. The apex Court posted for hearing on Monday the appeal of the two lawyers against the High Court judgement.
