Exhibition on 'Transforming India' on the occasion of Civil Services Day function

Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), MoS PMO, Personnel, Public Grievances, Pensions, Atomic Energy and Space, Dr Jitendra Singh inaugurated an Exhibition on the theme “Transforming India” here yesterday coinciding with the two-day Civil Services Day function. The exhibition highlights various progressive schemes and programmes initiated by the Union Government and the outcome of their implementation. 

The two-day exhibition, which is the first of its kind and organized by Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), is being held at Vigyan Bhawan and has been conceived with the objective of showcasing different welfare programmes brought in during the last two years. Accompanied with visual displays and video clips, the exhibition focuses on several flagship programmes, including Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, Swachch Bharat Yojana, Swachch Vidyalaya Yojana, Soil Health Card, Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY), Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, Atal Pension Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, etc.
