MP HC issued notice to IPS officer

The Madhya Pradesh High Court issued a notice to the Inspector-General, Special Armed Force, Jabalpur, to show cause why contempt proceedings should not be initiated against the officer for non-issuance of an appointment letter to a candidate who successfully appeared for an entrance examination for constables. Chief Justice Anang Kumar Patnaik heard the plea of Mr Kanshi Ram who submitted that the letter was not issued despite an earlier notice to the officer. UNI
