HC Notice To Delhi Govt On Plastic Ban 11 Feb 2009, 1722 hrs IST, TNN Text: NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the Delhi government on a petition challenging the ban on plastics in the city. The petitioners, All India Plastic Association and Rainbow Polymer, have said that the court order specifies that the ban spares plastic bags of a certain thickness (40 micron), implying that it is not a blanket ban.
