Chief Secretary K S Sripathy, Home Secretary S Malatym, DGP KP Jain and City Police Commissioner K Radhakrishnan would take part in the talks, official sources said. The Minister would also meet senior advocates of the High Court, the sources said. Both police and advocates have been blaming each other for the 19th February clash, in which several persons including a High Court judge, Arumuga Permual Adithyan, were injured, prompting the High Court to order closure of all Courts till Tuesday. As the issue continued to rage, the state government has constituted a committee headed by a retired High Court Judge to assess the damage caused to property and injuries to the persons during the clash in the High Court premises on 19th and 20th February. The Committee, headed by the retired High Court Judge K Gnanaprakasam, had been asked to complete its inquiry and submit report to the government within a month, an official release said.
