Appointment of Additional Judges of Madras High Court In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (1) Shri R.S. Ramanathan, (2) Shri Balasundaram Rajendran, (3) Shri Raja Elango, (4) Shri Duraisamy Hariparanthaman, (5) Shri Cyril Thamarai Selvam, (6) Shri Chinnasamy Swaminathan Karnan, (7) Shri Nadesa Gounder Kirubakaran, (8) Shri M.M. Sundresh, (9) Shri Tirunelveli Subbiah Sivagnanam, (10) Shri M. Duraiswamy, (11) Shri T. Raja, (12) Kumari R. Mala, (13) Smt. Aruna Jagadeesan and (14) Shri G.M. Akbar Ali to be Additional Judges of the Madras High Court, in that order of seniority, for a period of two years with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
