Madras HC: Arumugasamy appointed as Registrar General

Mr. Arumugasamy, a Senior District Judge has been appointed as the Registrar General of Madras High Court. Mr Arumugasamy, who is the Chairman of Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, would succeed R Mala, who had been elevated as Judge of Madras High court. Ms Vasuki, Chief Judge of Small Causes Court has been appointed as Vigilance Commissioner, Madras High Court in place of Ms Aruna Jagadeesan, who was also elevated as Judge of Madras High Court.
