Judges for Gujarat High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Justice Harshvadan Binduprasad Antani and (ii) Shri Justice Bankim Nikhilbhai Mehta, Additional Judge of the Gujarat High Court as Permanent Judges of that High Court, in the same order of seniority, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
