In a letter written to the Chief Justice of India and Union Government, the senior counsels, including former Advocate General B V Acharya and other senior counsels like Padmanabha Mahale, D M Nanjunda Reddy, Ananth Mandgi, Pramila Nesargi and Dr Ravi Varma Kumar have welcomed the decision of Delhi High Court. They have suggested the CJI and Union of India to accept it, as the verdict is in favour of the Constitution of India
