Transfer of Punjab and Haryana High Court Judge

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, is pleased to transfer Smt. Justice Nirmal Yadav, Judge of the Punjab & Haryana High Court, as a Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court and to direct her to assume charge of her office in the Uttarakhand High Court on or before 24th February,2010.
