Appointment of Bombay High Court Judges

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (1) Shri Justice Shinde Sambhaji Shiwaji, (2) Shri Justice Ashok Pitamber Bhangale, (3) Shri Justice Anand Vasant Nirgude and (4) Shri Justice Rajiv Yadunath Ganoo, Additional Judges to be Judges of the Bombay High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their offices.
