Chief Justice of the High Court of Kerala Appointed

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed Shrimati Justice Manjula Chellur, Judge of the High Court of Kerala, as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Kerala with effect from the date she assumes charge of her office.

 

Chief Justice of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana Appointed

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed Shri Justice Arjan Kumar Sikri, Judge of the High Court of Delhi, as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.

 

Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi Appointed

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed Shri Justice Darmar Murugesan, Judge of the Madras High Court, as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
