Judges Appointed to the Jammu and Kashmir High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 95 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the President has appointed Shri Ali Mohd. Magrey and Shri Dhiraj Singh Thakur to be judges of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.

Also, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 100-A of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the President has appointed Shri Tashi Rabstan, Shri Bansi Lal Bhat and Shri Janak Raj Kotwal to be Additional Judges of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, in that order of seniority, for a period of two years with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.
