Allahabad HC issued show cause notice to Ghazipur ADJ

Hearing the BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai murder case, the Allahabad High Court issued a show cause notice to Shailendra Nath Singh, the Additional District Judge (ADJ) of Fast Track Court in Ghazipur, asking him to reason out why his termination be not recommended to the High Court Administrative Committee for granting bail to two accused into the case. Besides, the High Court ordered him to appear in person on September 29.
