Delhi Police made first arrest in Ex-CJI R M Lodha Fraud Case

Delhi Police has arrested accused as the first arrest in Ex-CJI R M Lodha Fraud Case. The complaint was filed in the office of the Assistant Commissioner of Police EOW and Cyber Cell in Malviya Nagar Police Station on 19 April, 2019.

The person was accused of cheating former Chief Justice of Rs. 1 Lakh. It was further alleged that the ATM card recovered from his possession was used for withdrawn of the amount. The accused had duped Rs. 1 Lakh by hacking the former CJI's friend's email account and asked for help with money for medical treatment of his cousin brother.

However, the accused's associate, Mukesh is still at large and police is doing his best to find him.
