Appointments of Judges in Madhya Pradesh High Court

n exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Justice Jitendra Kumar Maheshwari, (ii) Shri Justice Brij Mohan Gupta, (iii) Shri Justice Anil Prakash Shrivastava, and (iv) Shrimati Justice Sushma Shrivastava, Additional Judges of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, to be Judges of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
