Abduction Accused Jailed

ABDUCTION ACCUSED JAILED 30 Dec 2008, 0122 hrs IST, TNN PATNA: The police on Monday forwarded Rajnikant alias Pinku, prime accused in the abduction of two youths from the Pirbahore locality here, to jail. DSP (Town) Sanjay Singh said that Pinku was arrested from Parki village under Goh police station in Aurangabad district on Sunday by a team of the Patna police. He said that altogether four persons, including Pinku, have been arrested in the kidnapping case. Abhishek and Amir were kidnapped after they had left their houses at Pirbahore on December 17. Later, the abductors contacted the victim's family members and sought a huge ransom for their safe release. On December 21, the Patna police carried out raids at Gaya and rescued them
