Chairman Of Nagarjuna Group,K.S.Raju Moves HC For Bail 6 Jan 2009, 0219 hrs IST, TNN HYDERABAD: The chairman of Nagarjuna group, K S Raju, and its CEO P K Madhav on Monday filed a criminal revision petition in the AP High Court praying to it to grant them bail. They were earlier arrested by the CCS police on the allegation of duping the depositors of Nagarjuna Finance and swallowing public funds to a tune of nearly Rs 100 crore. A trial court in Nampally has already rejected their bail plea, and aggrieved by this they approached the HC. Their petition is likely to come up for hearing on Wednesday.
