Case Filed Against Rajus

Case filed against Rajus 10 Jan 2009, 0521 hrs IST HYDERABAD: Transparency in Contracts, an association of lawyers based out of Cochin, on Friday filed a police complaint against the theft of public money from Emergency Management Research Institute (EMRI) by Raju brothers in collusion with the CEO of EMRI, board members and other key staff. The complaint, was sent to the Hyderabad and Ahmedabad police commissioner offices, accusing EMRI and HMRI of fraudulent practices, falsification of accounts and misrepresentation of invoices/statements to defraud public
