Kasab is facing charges of murder, attempt to murder, waging a war against the country and thefts under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Arms act. The charge sheet will cover mainly Kasab’s conversation with his handlers in Pakistan, his interrogation report, besides eyewitnesses who saw him spraying bullets at the Main Chhatrapati Shivaji Termius on November 26 night. The trial is likely to be held inside the high-security Arthur Road jail, sources added. UNI
