Delhi HC Grants Bail To 4 Telgi Aides In fake Stamp Paper Case 1/19/2009 The Delhi High Court granted bail to four aides of Abdul Karim Telgi, the prime accused in the Rs 3,000 crore fake stamp paper scam. They had all been booked by the CBI. The investigating agency alleged that they were selling the fake stamps supplied by Telgi in Delhi. Hearing the bail plea, Justice S Muralidharan ordered bail to the four people. The CBI had moved the High Court against the lower court’s judgement in February last year, when Justice Dinesh Dayal had dismissed the CBI contention. The persons out on the bail are Md Asif, Mansoor Ahmed, Suleman, Md Hafeez. UNI
