Allahabad HC Orders UP Govt Tto Pproduce Manoj Gupta Murder Case Diary 22/1/2009 The Allahabad High Court ordered the Uttar Pradesh government to present on January 23 the PWD engineer Manoj Gupta murder case diary. A division bench comprising Justice Amar Sareen and RN Mishra passed the order on a writ petition filed by prime accused--Vibha Tiwari --wife of Bahujan Samaj Party MLA Shekhar Tiwari. Vibha has alleged that she was being falsely implicated in the case and harassed by the police when her name did not figure in the FIR. A similar petition was filed by former SHO Hoshiyar Singh of Dibiyapur police station in Auraiya district. On December 24 last year Manoj Gupta was killed by BSP MLA Tiwari and his supporters. Police had arrested seven people, including Tiwari, in this connection while two accused had surrendered in court later. Vibha and the former SHO, however, were still at large. UNI
