Islamabad, Feb 1 (PTI) Pakistan will share the findings of its probe into the Mumbai attacks with India and the rest of the world once the report of an investigation team is vetted by the law ministry, Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani said today. He said war is not the solution to problems between India and Pakistan and the two countries should address "irritants and core issues" like Kashmir to ensure peace in the region. "I assure the world and the government and people of India that the dossier which was sent to us it has been investigated by the ministry of interior. The findings have been referred to the ministry of law. And after their approval, I'll take the world into confidence," he said. "War is not the solution for the two countries. The irritants and core issues must be settled," Gilani told a news conference, listing Kashmir as one of the "core issues" between the two sides. Gilani indicated that it might not be possible for India and Pakistan to improve their ties in the near future due to the tensions created by the Mumbai attacks. "Actually with the recent incident of Mumbai, there is a lot of hostility and there is tremendous pressure from the people of India on the government. Therefore, it is not easy to have better relations with India immediately," he said. He said Pakistan's civilian government is working to "build good relations" with all its neighbours. Ties with Afghanistan, which were "not good" in the recent past, had been improved.
