Delhi HC to have two brothers as Judges after 43 yrs

With the swearing in of Mr Neeraj Kishan Kaul as additional judge, Delhi High Court will have two brothers as judges after a gap of 43 years. This distinction has occasioned with the swearing in of Mr Neeraj Kishan Kaul as the additional judge of the court this morning. Mr Kaul’s elder brother Mr Sanjay Kishan Kaul has been judge of the court since May 2001. The High Court was established in 1966 with the swearing in of Justice K S Hedge as the first Chief Justice.
