NCC quota: court stays G.O.

 Justice N. V. Ramana of A.P. High Court on Thursday stayed the operation of the G.O. which provided for reservation for ‘C’ certificate holders in NCC while making admission to MBBS and Engineering courses. The judge was hearing a writ petition filed by Rojaravali, who said that the NCC cadets with A and B certificates were being considered till now. The judge took note of the fact that the G.O. was issued after the notification and stayed its operation.
