Health Ministry invites comments on proposed amendments in Transplantation of Human Organs Act 1994

The Government of India is considering amendments to the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994. A note on the amendments proposed in the Act has been posted on the website of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare i.e. www.mohfw.nic.in. General public may access the above mentioned website and submit their views / comments either by post to the Deputy Secretary (MS), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, Room No. 208, ‘D’ Wing, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi – 110018 or by email on ds.ms_mohfw@yahoo.co.in or soms-mohfw@nic.in till 7th August, 2008.
