The impeachment proceeding conducted, when there is gross corruption or irregularities in service of the Justice i.e.if the justice not done his duties as per the Constitution of our country then this proceeding is conducted it must not stop only by resignation before the completion of impeachment proceedings of Justice it is not proper as per the Constitutional provisions. | |
