| No, because the public is more nasty than the representatives and i am 200% sure individual public member or small group shall use it not for the welfare of the people but for their selfish ends and further frequent resort to such method which is bound to happen considering the present public behaviour shall paralyse any government | |

| Yes voters should be allowed to recall their elected representatives and review system should be implemented at every 2 and half year of their term. In case any representatives prima facie caught or found in illegal activities even PM or Cabinet Minister, he should be resigned immediately not only for his Ministerial post but he has to resign for this MLA, MP, MLC and any other post, without waiting for court order. | |
