If Hindu culture or Bharat Mata is displayed in nude way then it is the freedom of expression but if it affects Mother of Congress Sonia mata G, then it is objectionable-Kapil Sibbal.

He just want to appease Sonia Gandhi. Earlier he was vocal supporter of freedom of expression (as in the case of M.F. Hussain making nude paintings of hindu deities.

Kapil Sibal is voice of present Govt., who is afraid of people getting united against Govt.'s atrocities online and offline. See the intention. Govt.'s intention is just to curb the freedom of exchanging the views, which can be dangerous for it, nothing else.

Would be a futile exercise on his part. By doing so, he would only be violating the Constitutional provisions of right of speech to the Indian people. The ministers must devote themselves towards fulfillment of their social responsibilities first rather than making undue efforts of saving their face by camouflaging their activities by suppressing the voice of people if made through such forums. The politicians should also weigh their own language before speaking in public against any group of agitators or satyagrahis. If the politicians are unable to bear with the truth they better amend the Constitution of India to withdraw the fundamental right of speech.
