absolutely yes , because parents are the natural guardians. apart from legal point of view humanitarian approach should be there in these type of situation. | |

In my view, answering in 'Yes' or 'No' to the above said poll would be improper. Unless we are aware of the actual facts due to which & the concerning legislature under which, this extreme step was taken by the authorities, it will be based upon incomplete facts and without consideration of applicable laws.
