There is no parity of all before law. The haves and havenots are practically differentiated. But if the muslim law is codified the entire muslim community will be benefited. For some reasons the muslim elites are opposing it but not the entire community. | |

In the present law there is a lot of flaws in the context of neo modern era. It is made in very past and needs change so it must be codified. | |
