The right to expression cannot be absolute in any way. We may refer section 153 A, 295 IPC and similar other sections which already are included in our law vide which one cannot express his views creating enmity between different sects and against the country. I strongly stand with the restrictions.

Depends on what kind of expression made. If it is against Law or Religion, then it must be condemned

No Fundamental right is an absolute right. There is no question of freedom of expression being an absolute right.Reason- Art 21 says-No person shall be deprived of his life or liberty except according to the procedure established by law. When Law can intervene anytime in any right,Where is the absolute right!!! WE all remember the infamous case of KESHWANAND BHARTI vs. STATE OF KERLA and GOLAKNATH vs. STATE OF PUNJAB, the witness of power show by the parliament in the name Art. 368 of COI. Even Fundamental right can be changed but not the basic structure but basic structure in not defined in our constitution. Even the basic structure might be changed in future(let's hope it won't happen at all for goodness of society) if a bench gives decision against the basic structure whose strength is more than 13 judges and majority favors the same. Also we should not forget the attempt to destroy the JUDICIAL system itself in 1975 when an infamous judge was illegally elevated to the post of CJI. In this country anything can happen. EVEN our preamble of constitution was added later on in the constitution by then PM of INDIA.WAS OUR CONSTITUTION REALLY GIVEN BY OUR OWN PEOPLE!!! Many more question to raise. but..... therefore, my answer and poll goes against it.
