Unlike there punishment prescribed now for rape, the law of land requires some alternative punishment like of Saudi Arabia, so that the culprits be afraid of committing the offence | |

There should be severe punishment given for crime against women especially rape cases. But this should not be misused against men.. We have to be carefull on this punishment. There are cases like dowry was used wrongly against men, like that this should be used against men's. Also the situation needs to be considered before the severe punishment to be given to the accust men. | |
