I am in to practice from 2012 onwards and  I was experienced in industries such as Entire Textile industry both woven and knitting from Karur and Tiruppur in Tamilnadu and I was experienced in Retail textile industry with a largest textile retail company in Tamilnadu as a Corp Head HR and handled employees more than 15000 in the group before my Law graduation.

Due to very huge labour exploitation and unfair labour practice I was unable to continue my job as HOD of HR Department in one of my previous company, So I have planned to study law to give relief for those affected employees over more than 20000 in Tamilnadu and others

I would like to use this site for guidance and advice from the experienced, specialist, experts, senior advocates and who are all interested in the maters I post and also to update my knowledge to give the best solution to my clients.
