hi! my name is Aashish George, I have done my B.A(Hons) Pol.Science from Delhi university and then my law from C.C.S. university. i am a practicing Advocate in Delhi. I was working under the mentorship of Senior Advocate K.K.Manan ji . I have been in practice since 2009 December and i have more than 14 years of experience in the field of Law. I have handled cases from different fileds of law such as Criminal (cases under the BNS (IPC), 138 NIA, domestic voilence case, etc), Civil (divorce, Mact, recovery suits, partition suits, succession, commercial litigation etc), Labour (employees compensation, industrial dispute act, minimum wage, gratuity act) Consumer and CAT.

I was on the panel of Delhi High Court Middle Income Group, i have done cases for Gelato a brand of shivram foods, i have done cases for Om agencies (they are the distributors fo lavaza and diversy), i have represented Delhi Malayali Association (Janakpuri), i have handled the settlements of Funky Cafe and LIl Munchkins a GK based cafe and day care, i have represented Inkel limited (State of Kerala owned enterprise under the PPP policy) in a commerical matter in saket, district court, New Delhi, i have also had the privilege to be a part of the 1st petition to challenge the farmer's laws which were subsequently withdrawn by the Govt ( our team represented an MP from Kerala, TN Prathapan the petitioner in the said case), done cases for a catrol distributors and i am currently on the Panel of Bank (cannot name them due to contractual obligations) and many more that i cant remember right now.

I love what i do, i am fortunte enough to do something i love, Unlike most people in my profession. I am currently managing a small startup by my friend Mr. Arun, by the name of Attorney Tree, we are a small startup with a vision to help the poor and the needy. we dream of bringing affordable legal solutions to common people.
