Mr. Ashwin Hawelikar Advocate, has been practicing and handling cases independently with a result oriented approach, both professionally and ethically and has now acquired more than a decade of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services. Mr. Hawelikar is hailing from an eminent legal family. He is leading legacy of his father Shri. Chandrakant Hawelikar, retired judge.

Mr. Hawelikar holds a law degree from Government Law College, Mumbai. He also hold MBA degree in Business Law and various diploma courses including Labour law and Cyber Law.

He is having extensive experience and practice in the field of Property, Criminal, Civil, Labour, Banking, Consumer, Medical negligence, Will/Trust, Cheque bouncing, Cyber Crimes, matrimonial disputes, divorce Litigation etc., in every possible Forum/Court.

Mr. Hawelikar also has extensive experience in real estate right from making of search report to drafting of various property agreement, conveyance, deemed conveyance, and their registration. Further He has significant experience in drafting MOU’s, Settlement Agreements, Deeds and Employment Contracts. He also has expertise in Child Adoption cases.
