I am fighting a case in DRT to save my property from a nationalised bank which has tried all possible measures to sell the property.
I bought this property and was financed by a PSU bank but some earlier buyer forged the papers and took loan. He defaulted and I got entangled in the legal quagmire called DRT. Now my bank and I are fighting this case.
I am willing to guide anyone in DRT related matters.
