I, K. Mohamed Ibrahim, a retired postal employee. Having completed 38 years sincere service in the postal department in various positions as Sub Postmaster, Public relation inspector and Supervisor and atlast retired as Asst. Sub Postmaster. During my service period I have faced number of problems thru' my higherups and officials worked under me due to my sincerity. I am very strict in following the departmental rulings and more over my every act would be only based on rulings. It is quite common in India, who like the rules and regulations and laws. Every one wants to break the law and wants to handle the rules as per their wish either a higher grade officer or lower grade employees. If a sincere personspoint out the mistakes of the erring officers or officials, they have to face problem thru' their higherups by way of dicipilinary action and thru' the employees by way of dharna strike shouting etc etc. This was happened in my entire service but I have faced all the problems  given by my higherups and the employees worked under me, courageously and came out from the department successfully and respectfully. I have during my service period and even now helping the employees, who are all facing departmental proceedings/inquiries by way of giving defence and assisting them as their DA. I am very much familiar with departmental rulings as well as disciplinary proceeding/rulings. My aim is they should not suffer like me at any time my knowledge will help them.
