I am an Advocate practising in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India since I got enrolled at the Bar in 2007. As such, I have professional experience of more than 10 years now. I have been a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association since 2008. During this period of my practice I have dealt with various types of cases relating to Family matters (Marriage, Maintenance, Guardianship, Child Custody, Divorce, etc.), Constitutional matters, Property disputes, Consumer cases, Land Acquisition matters, Criminal matters, Corporate matters as well as other branches of law. Besides, I have conducted many cases in the High Court. I do appear before NCDRC, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT and the District Courts located in Delhi.
