We have a lease land, it's a 99 year's lease which has been taken by my grand father on his name and after his death the same was transfered at his wife's name but now even she is no more and now we want to get it transfered to there successor 's having 4 son's and later on to any one of them.

Want your guidance to get it done as Patware is creating problem's and saying that the lease land can not be transfered to son's and new lease will have to be made.

Kindly Help me in knowing wht's are the fact's and how we can get the lease transfered to any one of the son's name's.
