Dr. Leo Rebello is the President of Litigants Welfare Forum since 1990 and is known worldwide for Human Rights, Housing Rights and Legal Rights and Consumer Activism. He has represented many u/s 32 of the Advocates Act. He has written 52 books and delivered lectures in 65 countries. He was Special Executive Magistrate (Justice of Peace) for Greater Bombay for 18 years and President of SEMs Assn. He also worked on the Indian Film Censor Board for two years.
