•     Pleading before various courts of law and tribunals including High Court.

•     Briefing senior counsels about legal affairs, following up court cases and looking after routine legal functions in the High Court in coordination with seniors.

SKILLS:
Drafting of Notices, Replies, Plaints, Written Statements, Section 482 of Cr. P. C., Criminal Revision, Writ Petitions pertaining to various provisions of Negotiable Instruments Act, Law of Contract and Criminal Law.

Drafting & Verifying various Deeds and Documents relating to property matters which broadly include Hire-purchase Agreement, Lease Deed, Agreement to Sell, Indemnity Bond, Surety Bond, General Power of Attorney, Special Power of Attorney, Sale Deed, Adoption Deed, etc.

EXPERIENCE:         9 years; working in High Court, Allahabad.
