I am practising lawyer since 1981 at Varanasi mainly dealing in cases related to Trade Tax ,Vat ,Central Excise and Income Tax . I have represented cases before CESTAT New Delhi ,Commissioner (Appeals) Central Excise Allhabad ,ITAT,Allhabad , and Commercial Tax tribunal ,Varanasi . I am Standing Counsel for Indian Railways for Commercial Tax matters and Excise matters since last 26 years. I have also visited foreign counteries in connection with Trade agreements . I have dealt the matters relating to acqusition of business . I was PRESIDENT of  Sales TaxBar Association ,Vice President Income Tax Bar Association and Vice President of Central Excise and Service Tax Bar Association . Other then profession I was President Rotary Club Varanasi Mid Town , Managar of a girls intermediate college at Varanasi . socially equally active
