Apart from this,my practical experience include handling of cases relating to recovery and receiver order, Injunctions, various other civil suits like partition, insolvency, consumer cases at Forums & State Commission,Cases under Domestic Violence Act, Matrimonial matters, handling Labour Cases at State and Central level including labour compliances, working in registration department involving registration of various kinds of deeds, Holding pre & post litigation lok adalats at various districts, cases under 138 N.I. Act, handling also matters under SARFAESI Act, Accident claim cases.
