I am originally hailing from "Sutar" community and doing work of making 3D part models for dies and moulds for CNC machining. Since last 15 years I have to engage in the Court proceedings for protection of my tenanted premises from demolition action under Section 351 of MMC Act., though my structure was an Authorised one. I incurred heavy expenses in the matter and after 12 years the BMC withdrawn the action when I approached personally before the Hon'ble Court. Thus the BMC dragged me into the Court of Law and I loosed my buisiness. I learned to appear before Hon'ble courts in person. I had filed a Writ Petition in the interest of Publice before the Hon'ble High Court Bombay for setting aside order of Charity Commissioner to save the various collectors lands at Khar Danda Area. I am not a lawyer but made my encourage to file proceedings like Civil Suit, Writ Petition in person before the Hon'ble Courts for my family. I have read over various Citations and Authorities of orders passed by Indian Courts and that is why studied various civil Laws and Acts. I am willing to remove bad from the Government Authorities which ignors Law and doing such Act that common Public dragged into the Court of Law and unnecessarily suffer loss.
