Mohan Shandilya (Mohan Murti Shandilya), a successful Singapore-based NRI (Non Resident Indian), businessman-turned-advocate is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, India and is qualified to practice law in Indian Courts, specializes in the fields of Corporate Laws (civil and criminal). SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:-

Mohan Shandilya Trust with a corpus of Rs. 4 Crores to finance the movement "Educate  ", because Mohan Shandilya Trust is of the view that the 10% of the Indian population living in cities may be literate but is uneducated, while the 90% of the population living in rural India may not be literate but is highly educated. Sadly, we all face problems in every walk of life because the power happened to be in the hands of the 5-7 % minority. Therefore, by educating these 5-7 % Literate-but-uneducated power holders many issues can be amicably resolved in the larger interest of the Indian society.-

Mohan Shandilya Foundation with a corpus of Rs 5 Crores to finance spreading of Awareness of Legal Rights among people of India, and for setting up the path-breaking project: The United States of India

to unite the people of India currently divided on the lines of religion, language and political views.

Citizenship Development Society received from Mr Mohan Shandilya as charity cash finance to meet its staff salaries and office rent for implementation of its various programmes.-

Mr Mohan Shandilya founded Victims of Crimes Relief & Aid Society with a initial sum of Rs 5 lacs under the aegis of the Commissioner of Police, Delhi.-

Mr Mohan Shandilya founded National Kidney Foundation of India with the aim to bring Indian Medical Professionals in the field of nephrology on a common platform with the specialists in the advanced countries. The National Kidney Foundation of Singapore awarded Mr Mohan Shandilya the honour: Knight of National Kidney Foundation.-

Mr Mohan Shandilya is a senior Founder Member and General Secretary of the Indo-Soviet Chamber of Commerce & Industry (now, Indo-CIS Chamber of Commerce & Industry).

Mr Mohan Shandilya is a Rotarian, a Paul Harris Fellow, and has been nominated as Zonal Director, Community Services and also Zonal Director, Rotary Foundation for the Year2002-03.-
