I have one flat which is on my single name.In that I am currently staying.Even my wife also stayed in same flat for last 12 years.Now she started staying with her mummy's house which is just next to my lane.from 2 nd Aug.2012.This falt purchased by my father on 9th March 2007 he got expired in Nomination My elder brother name and my name was there so I have made release deed and purchased his 50% right.Now same is on my single name.

I have not put my wife's name in nomination as well.Till date she have not launch any complaint against me in local police station.She is getting support from 

her relatives who says Mr.Sachin had rape attempt.Which is false she had not done any medical test while claiming.same claim had been done after 

she started staying with her parents house.2nd aug2012 she left for pune cause of rakshabandhan suppose to return on 6 the aug.2012 but purposely 

she haven't turn up ,She had arrived with her mummy's on 11 Aug.2012 I have requested her personally but she refuse.Even from 4 Sept.2012 

she had prevented me to meet my daughter who is just 5 year old.she is demanding her name should be put in flat plus in Bank account.

That recording is with me.She just want money not me.She want my flat in which currently I am staying.This is only house which I have.Same

 I want to save from my greedy wife as well as her from my mother -in-law,her father is also expired in 2008 only my wife have 1 younger brother and 1 younger sister who stays with her mummy.

Her brother stays in pune as a Ghar jamaee.I want to save my flat and if possible my daughter as well

.Please guide me I don't mind to pay you as well for this.

I want to know if she get married (Chances are rare)because she is greedy for money and flat but still which type of action I can take?

Plus how can I meet my daughter?  my major two concerns are how can i save my flat as well as my daughter without paying huge amount. 

My wife Left from my house 2 Aug.-2012 started staying with her mothers house.I have tried to convince her to cum back but she refuse.

Till date she had not launch any complaint against me.I don't want divorce from my wife. Because we do have 4 year daughter.I am just earning Rs.15000/- per month.What can i do? my en-laws don't want her to do reunion with me.

What would be her step ?
